Artists of today are unbelievably fortunate in that we have had so many great pioneers before to open so many doors. This series of works is a playful way of paying homage to a few of greats who have gone before. All these artists' works have been embraced and celebrated in the art community and popular culture. I love the manner artworks can creep beyond the walls of galleries and collectors.
Salvador Dali is not one of my favourite artists but his art has captured the attention of millions and inspired others to explore the subconscious and visual play. Both such important aspects of life.
