    As an artwork, you are expected to strike a pose because you are on display. Like adults who are expected to wear different personas and put on our brave faces before the public eye. Not Nap Star.
    This defiant little sculpture is not meeting expectations. It is misbehaving by taking a laid-back snooze. Nap Star loves the simple luxury of a siesta and is relaxed and secure enough to do so anywhere. This trusting creature resonates with the absurd (often humorous) experience of being human.
