Artist Description
This painting is inspired by the incredible autumn weather we experienced at the beginning of lock down. Such warmth during a time of difficult adjustments and intense and often contradictory emotions. The landscape In the paintings is more a reflection of my state of mind at the time, than memories of an existing landscape. (All of this a guess and with hindsight - as the painting process is more intuitive than cerebral)
