"My studio in Salt River has a large, flat, open rooftop that has views across to Devil's Peak, Table Mountain and Lion's Head. This evening I took a break from painting in my studio and hopped up onto the roof and did a little diptych - two small paintings of Table Mountain and Lion's Head in the soft evening light."
